What we are building
Auranity is a CA firm for growing businesses — not a compliance factory. We work with a focused client base, maintain quality standards that we can actually deliver on, and treat every team member as someone whose judgment matters.

What working here looks like
- Named CA on every engagement. No one on our team is anonymous. Every team member is introduced to the clients they support.
- Real work from Day 1. Associates at Auranity work on full client files — not internal busy-work. You will understand a client's complete tax picture, not just the form you were asked to fill.
- Flexibility where we can offer it. We work digitally with clients. We expect the same discipline from the team — results matter, not hours logged in a chair.
- Learning through doing. Most of our learning happens in client situations — a complex capital gains computation, a tricky ITC dispute, a first-time company registration. We document and share what we learn.
Open roles
We are currently looking for:
- CA finalists or newly qualified CAs with interest in direct tax and GST
- Experienced associates with 2–4 years in a CA firm or Big 4
