We have both been in larger firms. We know how good the technical work can be at that level. We also know what gets lost when a client relationship is managed as an account rather than a name. Auranity was built for that gap: the businesses that need Big 4-depth work but want a firm small enough that you speak to the same CA every time. What we believe in practice
1. Read the file, not just the form.
Most compliance errors are not calculation errors — they are reading errors. We read the supporting documents, not just the numbers. That is how we catch a ₹14 lakh ITC mismatch on a routine review. That is why our tax audit Form 3CD is rarely returned with queries. It takes longer. That is the point.
2. Name the price before you ask for the work.
Every CA competitor in India makes you call to find out what something costs. We publish starting ranges on every service page because your time is worth more than a 30-minute meeting to find out we are affordable. We are. And you should know that before you call.
3. One CA, not a relay race.
From your first discovery call to your annual return filing, you work with the same CA partner. No "I've passed you to my team" emails. No explaining your business history to a new manager. If your partner is unavailable, you know in advance — you are not finding out when your deadline has passed.
4. Early is on time. On time is late.
We schedule filings two weeks before the deadline, not the day before. We send you the advance tax reminder in May, not on June 14. This is not a policy — it is what we would want from our own CA.
Who we work best with
We are most effective for:
- Founder-led businesses — where the person making decisions is also the person we speak to, and decisions get made in days not weeks
- Turnover ₹30 lakh to ₹15 crore — established enough to need real compliance, focused enough that we can be genuinely useful
- Startups — especially those needing GST, company registration, TDS, and income tax handled by one team from Day 1
- NRIs with Indian income — FEMA compliance, NRO/NRE account taxation, DTAA benefits, and ITR filing handled as one engagement, not three
- Clients who want a named CA — if you would like the same person to know your file without being reminded each time, you are describing our model
Who we may not be the right fit for
We are honest about this:
- Enterprises needing a Big 4 brand — if your board, investors, or lenders specifically require a Big 4 auditor, we are not that firm. We can refer you.
- Businesses wanting the lowest possible price — we price fairly and publish it. We are not the cheapest option in any city. We are not trying to be.
- Clients needing physical in-office presence weekly — we work digitally through a client portal. If your process requires a CA physically present multiple times a week, we would struggle to serve you well.
- Last-minute filers — we work best with clients who share documents when requested. If you consistently miss our data requests, we cannot guarantee the deadline for you either.
No CA firm says this. We do, because the wrong fit is a bad experience for everyone.
